Goldenrod contains plant substances with antioxidant action, so-called flavonoids. Saponins are also present in the herb to a significant extent, and it also contains tannins, essential oils and phenolic acids.

Does not contain any allergens. But herbs themselves can be allergens. If you are hypersensitive or even allergic to any herb or part of it, do not use it.
